Enquiry privacy

We use the name, contact details, organisation and event information you provide to respond to your enquiry and plan the services you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

Website enquiries are stored in our website database. Internal notifications may be sent through Resend email and Meta WhatsApp to MMS staff. If you choose the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with your brief; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp conversations may be stored as a continuing thread so staff can follow the enquiry.

Access to stored enquiries is intended for authorised MMS staff and service operators. Database, email and WhatsApp providers process information as part of operating these services. Notification acceptance does not mean that a staff member has read your message.

To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact info@mosimediasolutions.com. Include enough information for us to locate the enquiry. Deletion from the website database does not automatically remove copies held in email, WhatsApp or backups.

MMS must review retention according to its operational needs. This website does not promise an automatic deletion deadline. We do not use enquiry information to send unsolicited customer messages through this integration.
